H1, H4, H4 EAD extension concurrently

Hi All,

I am planning to apply my H1 extension, My wife H4 Extension and H4 EAD Extension concurrently. From this forum, i came to know that it is possible to apply all 3 of them together. But in I 765 form,Question Number 18 is for filling the Receipt Number for H1B approval notice. So in my case what can i fill in there? Can i leave that blank? Really appreciate your help on this.

Your wife can write either 'filed with this form' or the previous H1 receipt number.
