Hello everyone,
I have applied for H1b this year and got approved from xyz consultancy. I got I797B(without I-94) from my consultant today(Oct 6). I been to SSN office to apply SSN number then we noticed that i dont have I-94 wrt my H1B. I am not sure whether my consultant purposefully applied H1B to as it has to go thrugh consulate process(Chennai, India).
I dont know the reason behind recieving I-797B instead of I-797A.
Apart from that, Do i have any option stay back in USA and start working ? instead of going to india for stamping.
Please suggest me.. I appriciate your time.
