H1 B rejected

Dear All,

My h1b was rejected yesterday. VO took all H1b papers and said that he will send to USCIS to cancel my I797 (as he says that i dont have a job there by seeing project details). But my employer says that the project sent is currently ongoing project. He wants to re apply at USCIS ( how can a visa officer can conclude that the project is dummy (My employers says)). And he says my problem will be resolved in 3 months. Can anybody has idea regarding these cases. Please respond me Iam in great dissappointment and tension too.

Hi Babu,

you need to get an immigration lawyer. I am sorry but it may cost a little bit but it will help you in the long run. Your employer MADE A MISTAKE and it's unfair.

Hi Babu,
If the Visa Officer told you that the H1B is going to be cancelled, then it might mean that you do not qualify for the h1B visa. If you throw some light on your education/experience it would help analyse your situation better.
