H1B transfer approved but 2 days later status updates to "Name Change updated"

My H1B transfer case was approved on Oct 5th. On Oct 7th my attorney received the physical approval notice. Website also said Case Approved, but on Oct 10th website status changed to "Name Change Updated". I don't think so my attorney requested for any name change but why am I seeing this ?

If you have received the hard copy of the approval notice and if everything looks good there, then you can ignore the online case status.
