Suggestion Required H1B Visa

I have intrvw scheduled for 16 Oct.

I have two questions:

1) I am going to client site, with no client letter. having SOW. -- AM I OK??

2) In the petition My highest qualification is "B.Tech" but in the DS160 I have mentioned both B.Tech and PGDIT from SCDL.
If client ask for highest qualification what should I reply??

1. Cant say for sure, if VO asks for client letter and you dont have it he/she may put you in admin processing.
2. Client or Visa Officer? Why is there a discrepancy?
