H1b transfer outside USA

Hello Experts,

I travelled back to India on April 2014 and I am holding a valid H1b work-permit which will expire by October 2016. In the meantime, my ex-employer has cancelled my visa. Is it possible to transfer my visa to another employer? I have an approved 140 but I don't have a stamped Visa. Please advice.

Have you already spent 6+ Years in H1 status? What about the I140? has the employer revoked that too?
