Travelling to India with H1B Transfer Approval

1. I got an offer from a Company B and H1B Transfer is Approved.

2. Can I travel to india and return with the I797 copy not the Original.

3. My Dependent have Visa from the Company A. They do not traveled to US yet. Planning to Bring along with me while returning. Do VISA need to be re-stamped.

Please guide me on this

Copy of new I797 should suffice. Dependents need not get their H4 stamped again.
