H4 Visa DS 160 Questions

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am going for H4 visa Stamping and have couple of questions.

1)DS 160 -Primay Occupation question:
I was in USA on F1 status and finishsed my MS in May 15 , applied for OPT and have approved F1 OPT EAD which was about to go beyond 90 un-employment days , So I deciced to go to India and come back to USA On H4 visa as I don't want to work on my Current F1 OPT EAD .

In my primary occupation what should I write ? I am thinking of
(a)Student- but I have finished my MS in may 2015
(b)Home Maker - but I was on F1 OPT EAD status just a week ago

2)DS 160 question- has any one ever filed immiation petition on your behalf with the USCIS ?
My husbands Perm Application (labour application ) has been filed 5 months back but not approved yet.
What should I write there Yes or No?

>>> What you fill in DS160 is as of the date of the visa interview. If you will be a dependent (Home maker), then you can mention that.
