In www.ustraveldocs.com, Stanley cash payment slip shows Zero dollar

In the payment page, the old receipt number is still showing.
If I select Payment options -> Axis bank, I get the Stanley cash payment slip with US DOLLAR AMOUNT: $0

Please help.
