H1 Extension Visa stamping at Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, Oct 21st and 22nd

Hi,

I have taken an appointment to get my H1b Extension visa stamped at Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, Oct 21st and 22nd. I am reaching El Paso at 5 PM, 20th October.

1. Does anyone here knows what would be the best way to get to Quality Inn in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico?
2. Anyone else planning to go to the same location around the same time?
3. Does anyone has any past experiences of getting a stamping done in this location?
