I know this question has been discussed earlier.. but I just want to make sure about my particular scenario.
Q. My Current H1B visa is valid till May,2016. Even my Wife H4 Visa is also valid till May,2016. I am applying for H1B transfer from Company-A to Company-B. And my Wife & Kid are currently in India and they will come here to USA only in March/April,2016. My concern is If my H1B transfer happens to Company-B (While my Wife & Kid's H4 still tagged to Company-A as they are in India), would they (Wife & Kid) face any kind of issue while come here to USA ?
