Hi,
I first got my H1B VISA in 2007 valid until 2010. I traveled to US in 2010 and stayed for about 7 months. My Employer filed an extension in 2010 and I further got an extension until 2013. I traveled again in 2011 and stayed for about 11 months. I later came back to India, quit my job and my VISA also got expired. In all I have worked in US for 18 months. Now is there a way any employer can file for an extension for me? What is the process now if I want to go to US and start working? How do I go about it? Someone please help! I want to go to USA ! I need genuine consultancy!
