Travelling to Mexico for 1 week vacation with H1B Amendment Receipt

Hi ,

I have my H1B visa valid till 2017. Due to change in project my location got changed and flied for amendment in jul -15. I have receipt id for filed petition. I relocated to the new location. The final decision for amendment petition has not come yet.

I have a plan to go to Mexico for one week very soon.

Please let me know if I can travel and come back without having any issue.

Rather than a client authorization letter, carry an employment authorization letter.
