B2 Visa impact on approved H1B petition

Hi currently my husband is in US on H1b and I am holding an approved H1B petition. Due to project delays, my visa stamping is yet to happen.Meanwhile, I would like to visit my husband for a couple of months and hence I have applied for B2/visitors visa with my husband being my sponsor.

Based on this situation have few queries as listed below:

1) Since I am holding an approved H1b petition, Will there be complications in issuing a visitors visa in this case?
2) Is it a problem if my husband sponsors B2 instead of H4?
2) Will my current approved H1B petition be impacted?

>>> No. But H4 is the better option compared to B2. B2 is for tourism and you need to prove that your purpose of travel is tourism, which is not the case with H4.
