H1b amendment
Hi Everyone,
I am working for employer "A" and they have filed H1b on 2014 CAP and my petition got approved valid till 2017 Sep and got visa stamped and entered in to USA on Jan 2015, during that time employer "A" has been merged with employer "B" and employer "A" name also changed as employer "B", from day one for me onwards in USA employer "B" is paying my salary and getting pay stubs from employer "B" name but in my I797B has employer "A" information however i am working for same client in same client location as per my labour, now i am planning to go to India for 2 weeks but while coming back to USA during immigration do i have to tell employer "A" name as per my I797B or employer "B" or can i tell employer "B" name providing a doc from my current employer "B" that employer "A" has been merged with "B" or does my current employer "B" needs to file amendment for me to change the employer name to "B"??
