H1 / H4 revalidation process

Hi,

I got my H1 transferred from company A to B and it expires Apr'07.My spouse's H4 visa was transferred too. I am visiting India in June'06 and wish to get a visa stamp on my and my spouse's passports. Can we interview together by taking a single appointment?
Also, do I need to pay the application fee since I am not applying for a new H1B here?
