I am wondering if I can travel abroad during Feb and come back to USA during mid March. I will be on OPT during Feb and valid till June and need to apply for H1b during April. I heard that I cant travel out of USA, 6 months before applying H1b, that may raise an issue for H1b approval (effect i94 number ). kindly help me in this regard.
