Visa Renewal Question for H4 applicant. Your help is much appreciated

Visa renewal Questions for my wife

My visa is expired. But i have my H1 and 194 valid till 2007. My wife also has valid H4, I 94 valid till 2007. But she is travelling now to India and needs to revalidate her visa as that is expired. I am not travelling to India

Can she get the visa renewed with the her valid h4 and my valid h1 petions. Or do i need to revalidate my visa before she could do that. My visa is expired.

To summarise the questions,

I am not travelling to India and my visa is expired but having valid h1 for me and h4 for my wife. Can my wife and son get the visa renewal without me going there?

Hi,
Your wife and child can get their visas renewed even if your passport is not stamped with the extensions. You can send them will all papers to prove that extensions have been done in addition to papers relating to your employment.
