about DS 157

I need more information regarding DS 157 .
Coz without fill these 12 , 17 th options , I had taken the appointment.

Is there any problem with this?

You can retrieve or modify the saved applications till 2 days prior to the date of interview.

I am having the same problem, I need to update some fields in DS 156 and 157. I went to VFS site and hit link Retrieve/ Modify a saved application, as I already taken the appointment it is not allowed me to modify. My question is can I fill out seperate DS 156 and DS 157 from Trvel.state.gov site. Is it required take print from VFS it self? and I need small correction I can write it with black ink pen? I have send e-mail to VFS and consulate so far no reply. Please help me out on this.
