H1 Visa can be used by new employer after expiry and switching to new employer?
Hi,
Here is my scenario:
I had my H1 visa from employer 1 from JUL-2006 to Apr-2008. I traveled to US only on Jan-2008 and got extended my visa till Jan -2011. I returned back to India on Apr 2009. So effectively I was in US only for 15 months.
I resigned from employer 1 in 2013 and joined employer 2.
Can I travel to US under employer 2 after transfer(not sure if this is the word) of the visa obtained from employer 1?
