h4 extension visa stamping for spouse
Hi All,
my wife is in India, she travelled during the time when my H1B extension and her H4 extension was in process. yesterday i got my visa approval after opting premium processing. now my wife has her flight scheduled for US on 5th Nov late night. i got visa stamping interview for 2nd Nov.
Now my question is do she required original I-797a (thats for H4 extension) for stamping or photocopy can work. As still i did not receive my I-797 copy yet. but hopefully i will get in 2-3 days. also what else docs she would require for interview.
we were eligible for dropbox facility but we opt interview, is there anything wrong in it?
when my wife went for first time H4 visa stamping, they did not ask her for original I797. would that be required this time?
