Hello Guys,
I have been a following immihelp for couple of months. Thanks for sharing your interview experiences here which has given me an idea on what could be the questions I'd be facing in my interview.
I am preparing for my H1 Visa Interview and I have few questions that needs your suggestions on how to be prepared if I am supposed to face in my Visa Interview.
Most of your answers have been xxxx :-) so I was not really be able to get prepared for them .. Kindly help.. :-)
1. I am going to work for an In house project. so what are the documents that I should be carrying with me?
2. What should my answer be if I am supposed to answer for 'DO YOU VISIT CLIENT PLACE AT ALL?'
3. Are you planning to return home after your Visa expired? (I have not decided on that yet but I know that could not be an ideal answer)
4. Why do you want to work for THIS company?
5. For an In house Project, Why not an L1 visa? Why do you need H1?
