I am trying to book an appointment for Visa stamping in the Chennai consulate in the month of Jan 2016. I am not seeing any open dates for quite some time. All other consulates/embassy in the case of New Delhi are having dates open for Jan. Is there any specific reason, that anyone is aware about, that the Chennai consulate is still not seeing dates open for Jan 2016? Thanks.
