H1 Transfer relevant questions

Hi,
Currently am working for Company "A" in USA and now would like to do my H1 Transfer to Company "B"

1> Do I need to resign company "A" In case If receive the receipt number from USCIS (applied by company "B")?

2> Or do i need to resign company "A" once the H1 transfer petition is approved for company "B"?

3> Once received the H1 transfer approval for Company "B". is it legal to work for "company A"

1. No.
2. Not required.If you do not wish to join B you need not.
3. Yes as long as A's petition is valid and you have valid I-94 associated with that petition.
