Suggestion required for H1B - 2007 stamping

Hi,
My H1B application pickedup in 2007 lottery through Magna Infotech. I have even fixed the dates for stamping. Due to my personal problems, I have not attended stamping. Currently I am with L1-B in US. Can I use my old petition?. Please suggest us regarding this.

That CAP would have expired a long time ago. H1B CAP is valid only for 6 years. To get to H1B, you need to go through a new CAP (quota) again.
