Hi,
My H1B visa Transfer (Premium Processing) is currently in progress. I am expecting the Visa would be coming by Nov 24 and I have to join my new company on Nov 30th and My last day would be Nov 25th in my current company. Given this scenario, I will be at work after the Thanksgiving long weekend.
My question is -
Can I continue my stay if the petition is approved and I join on Nov 30th?
Note: During the Long weekend (Nov 26, 27, 28, 29) I will not be in any Payroll of my present or next company.
