H1 applied through two employers

Hello,

I got two job opportunities this year, and then two of the employers applied for my H1 Visa, one of the two H1 is already approved, whereas on the other H1 i got an RFE, and employer responded on the RFE.

Question is if H1 through the second employer [where i got an RFE] is not approved, will this create any problem while visa stamping for the first employer [where H1 is approved].

Currently i am outside US.

Appreciate your help and time, so while i am waiting for a response on H1 RFE, can i still go for stamping on another approved petition? or shall i wait for a response on the RFE?

Okay Thanks shervin143, and if the H1 is approved from the second employer [where i have received an REF], that will not create any problem either while stamping right? in other words having multiple H1 approvals [from different employees and different clients] doesn't harm or create any problem while stamping? i can basically choose an employer [in and event of multiple H1 approvals] and accordingly go for the stamping...is that right?

Hi shervin143,

I have not received any update on the RFE , however the other employer where the H1 is approved is forcing me to get the stamping done, do you see any issue if i go for stamping while the result on RFE is still pending?
