H4 B FOR Child of separated parents
Hi every one
I have special case. I m on H1 in new York. I got separated from my wife and married another and my new wife is on h4 with me in new York. I have 4 year daughter from 1st wife in Pakistan. Now i want to bring her in USA. My question is that when i apply H4 for her, does my ex wife or me have to accompany her in Embassy for interview? Can my parents (child's grand parents) accompany her in Interview?Do i need any No Objection Certificate from my ex wife to bring my daughter to USA?
