H1-B Visa Interview date

Hi,

I was laid from company A in Sept (H1-B was revoked) and I got new job offer from company B at Oct end. They filed for H1-B transfer but I received an RFE (due to out of status) and asked me to do Visa Consoling process. I have H1-B stamped from company A and expires in April 2017. I am trying to take Visa appointment but it says I am qualified for Dropbox program. I need advise,
1. How can I get Visa appointment?
2. Am I really eligible for Dropbox program? How long it takes for dropbox results?

>>> If the system says that you are eligible for dropbox, then that is what you have to do.

2. Am I really eligible for Dropbox program?
>>> If the system says that, then YES.

How long it takes for dropbox results?
>>> Same as attending the visa interview in person. No difference.
