Could you please check below query and let me know.
My h1b Visa with company A got expired on 30 sep 2015.I applied for h1b extension with company A and it got approved on 23rd nov 2015.
Question 1:How many days will it take to get the approval hard copy from USCIS(Applied under premium)?
Company B has applied for H1 b transfer on 18th nov 2015(before decision on h1b extension by company A) under normal processing and it is pending approval.
Question 2:Is H1 b transfer to company B is valid without the approval copy from company A.Can company A legally hold back the approval hard copy of H1b Visa.
Question 3:Is H1 b transfer to company B is valid if/Can company A cancels the h1b petition which is already approved?
