I faced my interview on 3-Sept-2015 at Mumbai BKC Consulate. In my interview VO asked the following set of questions:-
1.) Who is your employer?
Ans: xxx company
2.) How much do you make at client location?
Ans: x dollars
3.) What you will do at client location?
Ans: ....
4.) Who is your client? Provide client letter?
Ans: Unfortunately I don't have client letter at that time. So he discussed something while looking at the
moniter.
After some time provide me a 221(g) white slip with following points:-
1.) All docs at the time of filling, Task Order, client letter.
I sent a mail to mumbai797 with all the documents except client letter. Instead I provided a client side employer managers letter.
Today it's more than 60 days over on my application. It still shows me "Administrative Processing" at CEAC site.
I think its a kind of hard denial from consulate side.
And it really means all our applications are rejected from USCIS sooner or later. Please provide, if anyone got approval in a similar kind
of case as me. Also, please provide any plan of action to get through in the process.
Regards and good luck
