Filing Amendment of H1B

Hi,

I am currently on H1B VISA and my VISA is stamped on my passport.
I have recently changed my name after marriage and my employer wishes to file for an Amendment of H1B showing change of my name.

Does anyone knows fees to file an ammendment? I mean does my employer have to pay Training fee and fault prevention fee and all that... Or they just have to pay fees to file I-129 i.e. 195$ or something.

Please advice.

Hi Did you file the ammendment? I am in a simialr situation, my title and responsibilites changed, i am planning on filing an ammendment. Not sure if I-129 is the only form and the fee involved.

Any help you can provide will be greately appreciated.
