visa type printed as "H1B" instead of H4

Hi All
my wife recently applied for an H4 visa and it was approved. When the passport arrived, we noticed that the visa had H1B written on it. Is it normal? How do we fix this ?

It's a mistake. I would suggest to contact consulate if she is in her home country.

She is in her home country (india) and I am in the USA. She has to travel in 45 days. I hope this is not a big problem and they fix it quickly. Not sure why they make such careless mistakes after charging so much for the whole process.

We emailed them and got a reply. They are asking us to fill the following form and send the passport.
