i got my visa stamped in Oct'2015, I am planning to go in Jan'2016 to US , But i got a new opportunity from another employer, Can i go for H1b transfer? do i need to serve notice period? i dont think it make any sense as i haven't entered to US..please suggest..will be there any problems to in transferring my H1 from previous employer?
