H1 B Petition Approved in 2008, can i use in 2015

Hello,

I have H1 B Petition approved and attended the Visa interview and obtained 221 (g) Blue form.

But unfortunately my employer not responded to it.
Validity : 2008 -2011

can I approach the new employer for the H1 transfer in 2015. if yes, how many chances of getting this approved.

Please let me know if anyone in this forum has any idea on this

H1B cap will be valid only for 6 years. Your CAP would have expired. You need to go through new CAP (quota) to get a fresh H1B approval.

Your H1B is good for 6 years so that would have been until 2014. In 2015 it's expired. You would have to apply for a new H1B as mentioned.
