H1 transfer in RFE, want to Transfer to another company!

I am working for company “A” I got an offer from company “B”.I accepted the offer and h1 transfer went in RFE & response has been filled today, but still I am working with company “A”. Now I got an offer from company “C”.
Here are my questions:
1. When shall I ask company “C” to start h1 transfer?
a. After RFE gets clear or I can ask them to start now?
b. What if RFE doesn’t get clear, what should I do in that case? If wait , then till when?
2. Suppose company “B” and “C” both gets clear, “C” gets clear after “B”
a. Legally which one should I join?
b. Can I go back to company backward if they haven’t invalidated h1?

>>> Can be filed anytime.

>>> RFE with company B has nothing to do with a transfer from A to C. They can initiate the transfer now since you are still working for A.

b. What if RFE doesn’t get clear, what should I do in that case? If wait , then till when?
>>> No need to wait. If RFE doesn't get cleared, then you cannot work for company B. That's all the impact.

2. Suppose company “B” and “C” both gets clear, “C” gets clear after “B”
a. Legally which one should I join?
>>> You can join either B or C. It is up to you.

b. Can I go back to company backward if they haven’t invalidated h1?
>>> You can stay back with employer A even after a successful transfer to B or C. But once you begin working for B or C, you cannot go back to A without A filing a transfer from either B or C (whichever employer you will be with at that time).
