Hi,
My employer had filed for my H1B VISA for 2015 lottery in April 15 (Iam currently in India) and told me that it got selected. In June/July I was told that RFE had come and then necessary information was provided back to USCIS.
It's december now and we have still not heard back from USCIS.
Last week (Nov last week), my employer told me that he has spoken with his lawyer and they are still waiting to hear back from USCIS.
Is this normal? Are there other H1B applications which are still in processing which had got selected in 2015 lottery?
Any idea as how much does a 2 week expedited process cost?
