Hi,
I have 2 questions:
1) While filling up information on ustraveldocs website, I selected pickup at Mumbai VAC, before scheduling my interview appointment. The confusion is that my appointment letter states that you have selected pickup of your documents , but when I log in to the website , under Document Delivery Information, I see my mailing address. When I click on it, it says there was a problem email us. I want my passport to be picked up from Mumbai VAC, so which information is correct?
2) Also I have an urgent travel out of the country, 9 days after my interview.So I have 9 days (including 1 weekend) to get my passport back, I emailed the ustraveldocs customer service and they said that you have to request the interviewer at the consulate and notify them of your urgent travel. Has any one experienced such a situation and have they expedited the visa processing.
