URGENT - H1B Renewal stamping dropbox while I-140 RFE

Hi All

I am traveling to india in coupe of days and would need to get H1B renewal stamping done through dropbox.

My company has filed my I-140 for GC but we have got RFE and my lawyers might take some time to reply.

Can anybody please let me know if my H1B stamping through dropbox would get impacted because my I-140 is in RFE state?

Is there a chance of a case getting jeopardize because I-140 in RFE state?

Can you please provide advice urgently as I am traveling soon and planning to drop docs next week starting only?

Is your H1 renewal based on I140/PERM pending for > 365 days, or because of a new I797 as you havent yet exhausted the 6 Year limit?

My H1 extension is based on I-797 and not based on PRM/I-140.

I have my I-797 approval notice valid till 2018.

Will I-140 RFE still impact my H1b renewal stamping through dropbox?

Your I-140 RFE will have no impact on your H1B visa stamping.
