hi all, I have applied for H1b 2015 and got selected in lottery and is still in process. my concern is that my previous H1b is expired in 2012 with its incompleted cap of one year. can i apply for extension of that H1b while this fresh H1b is in processing. will it effect my fresh H1b. Help is greatly appreciated.
