Hello,
I have a question for which I would need help.
I am on H1b which expired on Sep 30, 2015 and the I-94 expired on Oct 9, 2015. My extension was applied in May this year and because I did not receive any response I upgraded to premium processing. I then got an RFE, requesting some more documents (work order etc..) from the employer. Coincidentally, my project got over on the same day as my visa expiry date. I got a new project immediately but have been waiting for the extension to get through to join the project.
The question is while responding to the RFE can I do an amendment simultaneously for the new client that I am selected to work? Since the previous project is over I do not have any supporting documents to to prove my case. Hence the confusion. Is it okay if I submit the work order from the new project to reply to the RFE?
Please help!!
