Is H1B Amendment Needed for Work From Home With New End Client

Hi,

I work in the EVC (Employer, Vendor, Client) model. I will be having a new client (with their office) in a different state than where I am now. The client is open to let me work from home.

Would I need to file a H1B Amendment. My current H1B is valid through June 2017.

Yes. Change in work location requires the H1B to be amended.
