H1B visa stamping done. Work location change before travel.

My H1B visa stamping is done. I have not travelled anytime before. My client location has changed from Cupertino to Sunnyvale. Employer, client, work designation remains the same. Only work location has changed.

1. LCA change is required?

2. Does my employer in India needs to file amendment as well?

3. My visa is valid until Sep 2016. If amendment is required as well, then should I go for premium amendment or regular?
