Travel While H1-B Ammendment is in Process

Hi Experts ,

Need your help,

I came to States with visa from employer A (Valid Till 2017), and my company was bought over by another company B.

I have heard that there is some rule of merger so the new company is SII (successor In Interest) to Company A , In which its not mandatory to have the new amendment , but my company updated the LCA & also has filled amendment which is in process and may take some time as its in regular Processing.

Meanwhile i have to travel outside States for Personal reason, will there be any issue while coming back ?

I have my valid I-797 from employer A , and receipt notice of my amendment.

No issues. Get a letter from your employer mentioning about the merger and successor of interest. Also, carry the H1B amendment receipt notice and the new LCA with you.
