    H1 Port of Entry Issue?

    Hi

    I have got H1b Approved. I would like to go to US after 5 months due to some personal emergency. Will there be any port of entry issue if I go to US after 5 months?

    No. As long as your employer is ok with it.

      No issues. You should carry a latest employment verification letter from your employer (on their letterhead) when you travel to prove that the job still exist even after 5 months.
