RFE on H1B Visa premium transfer to new employer

Hi,

Currently I am employed with CompanyA and have already initiated H1B Visa transfer(premium) to CompanyB, after 1 week of filing the application I get an RFE.

Now I do not plan to join the new Company B (for some personal reasons).

Am I still required to close on the RFE request or since I do not plan to join the new company I can leave the application as is ?

Not necessary to respond to RFE if you not interested to join. Might want to update the next employer too so that they don't spend further on their attorneys for your case.
