Hi,
in 2013 my application selected in lottery for H1B but due to some personal reasons i am not attended VISA interview and utilized my H1B and as on today Dec19th 2015 my case status showing as Case Was Approved in USCIS Website and valid till ( 08/06/2016).
Now my current company ( different from the 2013 company) applying H1B for the year 2016
Query 1 : Still my case required Lottery selection in 2016?
Query 2: is it possible to change 2013 approved H1B petition to my new current company ?
Query 3: after applying the new H1B petition for 2016 what happens to the existing approved H1B( in 2013).
Query 4: what is the best way to utilize the current scenario ?
