Will I get RFE in this case ?

Hi Gurus,

Please enlighten.

My situation :

I'm on H1B with company A and I got an offer from company B 2 months before and they filed H1 petition and it was approved, but due to family reason I didn't join company B .
Now I got another offer from company C while I'm still with company A , and they are filing the H1 petition for me , but I didn't have the approval notice from company B and I thought it was ok not telling the company C since I never worked for company B.

My question :

As per the USICS policy , when filing for the H1 petition , all the previous approval notice has to be sent with the request . But I don't have the approval notice from the company B, will I get RFE in this case ?

Most likely not. If there is an RFE, yuo can explain that employer B did not give you a copy of approval notice (if that is the fact).
