I have h1b stamped up till 2016 September . Not yet traveled
My Questions
1).Am I eligible for cap exemption?
2).Am I elgible for cap exemption , even if employer hasr evoked h1b after 1 year of stamping?
3).I have read somewhere that , the person needs to start working before it is counted for cap exemption?
