Passport delivery to home address

Hi,

I know that earlier we could give our home address after the interview for a fee of Rs 300. Has anyone tried it recently? When we called up the India helpline number, they said they don't know about any such service and that we have to pick the passport ourselves. Could someone please help us here?

I believe that such service has been discontinued.
